Returns
- How can I return a product?You can return a product within 7 days, provided it is undamaged, complete, unused, and in its original packaging. Seals must not be broken, and the packaging of CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, or other media must not be opened. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Shipping
- When will my pre-order be shipped?Pre-orders for new CDs or DVDs will only be shipped on the official release date. The release date is mentioned in the product description.
- What are the shipping days for the webshop?Orders are packed and shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Orders placed on Friday after the cut-off time will be shipped on Monday morning. You will receive an email from the carrier with a tracking link to follow your shipment.
- How are shipping costs calculated?Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process, where you can select your preferred shipping option.
- What is the delivery time for my order?
- Europe: Approximately 7 business days
- Canada: Approximately 15 business days
- Rest of the World: Approximately 20 – 25 business days Please note: delivery times may be longer around holidays.
