You can return a product within 7 days, provided it is undamaged, complete, unused, and in its original packaging. Seals must not be broken, and the packaging of CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, or other media must not be opened. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Pre-orders for new CDs or DVDs will only be shipped on the official release date. The release date is mentioned in the product description.

Orders are packed and shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Orders placed on Friday after the cut-off time will be shipped on Monday morning. You will receive an email from the carrier with a tracking link to follow your shipment.
